Every winter, River Walk turns into student housing: a furnished serviced apartment from 1 October to 15 June, one monthly price, and a ten-minute ride to campus. American university groups have stayed here on this arrangement for years.

The apartment costs €1,000, €1,200 or €1,400 per month depending on occupancy — the figure above is each person’s share for the full academic stay. Larger apartments for groups on request; we confirm availability for your year within a day.
